Cancellation & refunds
During prelaunch
Payments are not accepted in this version. Joining the list or reading a sample does not activate a membership, create charges or start a free subscription trial.
Cancel renewal
Monthly renewal can be canceled from My library at any time. Confirmed cancellation prevents future renewals and preserves access through the paid period. Canceling renewal does not automatically request a refund.
Refund requests
To report a duplicate charge, an access problem or request a refund review, use Contact with the associated email and no card data. Final timeframes and terms will be published before payments are enabled. No blanket exclusion of refunds is established.
Consumer rights
Rights under applicable consumer rules will be reviewed and respected. Any specific consent needed to begin digital delivery must be requested explicitly where necessary. This draft requires review for the countries where sales will be offered.
